Four Seasons Catering, based in Bradford, is a family business which specialises in quality catering services throughout Bradford and West Yorkshire and is experienced in serving corporate and individual customers. From events with 4 to 400 plus guests, they are private party caterers who can create and deliver individually designed menus for small, intimate gatherings and large functions of any type. From dinner party catering to wedding catering, they can provide a range of hot and cold buffet options, as well as Afternoon Tea served on their vintage china, BBQ's and hand made canapés.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to give a quote that best meets a client's needs, it's helpful to know details of where and when the function is taking place, the likely numbers (including children as we offer a reduction), the type of food required and whether the venue has any kitchen facilities. These only need to be an indication and can be changed if needed.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you wish; we are always happy to answer questions. For example, if you are interested in the provenance of our meat and vegetables we'd be happy to tell you. We're proud of our suppliers. Similarly, if you have any special requests for your private party catering, please let us know. If you like your chilli super-spicy or your ham sandwiches with beetroot, it's not a problem. We happily oblige in any reasonable request that will help to make your event special. Many bridal magazines suggest asking suppliers for food samples. If you are ordering a sit-down meal for 100 that's a perfectly reasonable request, however it may not be practical for us to do so for a platter of sandwiches.

Four Seasons Catering evolved from an amateur love of cooking (and eating) into a professional business, serving the Bradford area for over 15 years. As a small family firm, we are all involved in giving our customers the best experience possible. Using local Yorkshire suppliers wherever possible, we cook all our menus to order, ensuring the best possible taste. Our prices are great too.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are members of a number of similar sites, but Add to Event is by far the best one we use for private party catering, particularly after the recent upgrade. Easy to use and with reasonable costs, it has always been very user friendly. We secured a booking recently for a hot food wedding in Todmorden. The bride was able to communicate easily through the site to make sure the menu was just right for her and then give us a great review after the event was over.
