Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My husband was a head chef working in various hotels and gastro pubs over the years, while I worked in recruitment consultancy and finance. One day we decided to buy a little cafe and it's evolved from there. 5 years later, 2 shops and a larger premises are on the horizon.
