What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a competitive and comprehensive quote, we ideally need to know a brief overview of the event, the number of people attending, the venue information and the technical requirements (for stage hire a rough size would be useful). From this information, our great customer service team will put together a quote that is tailored to you and your event. A quote will then be sent over to you within 24 hours of your request.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing is that the business you're booking with cares about their customers. I wouldn't ever book a service or hire anything from a business that cares more about the money than their customers. We are all looking for event specialists and to be a true event specialist, customer service has to be at the heart of what the business does.

Love That Live Limited was created on the premise of great customer service and an outstanding passion for events. Our team have worked in events for many years, and the thrill of organising an event and providing great equipment to bring events to life still gives us a buzz for every single event that we do. Add to Event is such a versatile and great platform - the number of enquiries that reach our inbox each week is phenomenal!
