What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To help us provide the best quotation for your event we would need to know the type of event. Next, we would need to know your chosen venue i.e outdoor field, theatre, arena etc. Finally, what type of equipment you're looking for and your proposed budget.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider, check out their profile page, the website and social media, this will tell you about how far the provider has gone to try to sell their business. Then ask about the process or procedure for the day of the event, this will give you an idea of how professionally run the event will be run. Ask the price and if this includes everything, with no extras on top. How many staff might attend the event and what type of equipment or vehicles might attend?

The Essex based production rental company Allstarz Productions was established in 2014 in Billericay. Allstarz Productions has grown a lot since creation over 4 years ago and the warehouse complex now integrates the companies expansive warehouse, showroom, repair centre and offices.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had lots of bookings through this platform that have gone well and if I had to pick one, it would be a 50th Birthday Party Firework's Display we did in Cambridge. We fired a 5-minute display that was really spectacular!! Add to Event has been a useful platform and we are happy to promote it.
