To allow us to provide our customers with an accurate quote we must have the following details: Event Date (estimate date), Event Venue / Location, Brief details of what the event will be, Estimate amount of guests which will be attending, We must be sure that the event will be indoors only, What equipment we will need to bring / what is already provided, Finally we must have full correct contact details. Firstly, you should ask the provider what services they are able to provide, you wouldn't want to get caught out by someone that doesn't offer a service you need. You should then see if the provider has a sufficient amount of equipment to perform the service you require and accommodate all of your guests. You should then make sure that the provider is also able to provide the genre of music which you love and wish to be played at your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Here at WS Productions Ltd, we wanted to be able to provide a sound and lighting service to customers who were in need of equipment and high-quality service which is always delivered with a smile and to a high standard. Both Wayne and Sam have been in the sound and lighting industry for a long time working with theatre societies and alongside DJs but also offering recording solutions to eager artists. The only option was to form the company and go out and assist our customers.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are fairly new to Add to Event but since forming our company we have heard from other DJs which we have worked with about how amazing this platform is. In the short time that we have been on the platform, we have had multiple requests and are queued up for some amazing events. Add to Event is a new platform which is growing by the day with more and more customers unlocking the knowledge of this amazing platform.
