They are a VW mobile bar, function & party hosts with the ability to drive to any location and can create an array of bars; ranging from cocktail lounges to a prosecco bar.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order for us to prepare a quote for you, we will need the following information. The date(s) of the event, a rough estimate of how many guests, where the venue will be and the type of event that is taking place. We like to cater to a wide audience so if there are particular drinks that you would like then we can arrange this on top or instead of the house drinks we already serve. We don't charge for hire as standard but require a minimum spend of £400. If this is not met then the difference will need to be paid by the organisers. Other than that sit back, party hard and let us take care of the rest.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The Vdub Tavern was just an idea that we never thought would become a reality. An idea that blossomed from a weekend at Isle of Wight festival 2015 that led us to get back and begin work on one of the many bay window VW campervans that we had at the time. We have many years in hospitality managing and bartending. Its something we LOVE! Our main goal is to leave you wanting more, to have one of the BEST experiences at your event. We want your guests talking about it for years to come, and we certainly think this is 100% achievable. No, sorry...we know it is.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There has been quite the number of bookings, but one I remember quite well is a Garden Party in Suffolk. Was an incredible evening. We started off with Prosecco on arrival to then offering the full bar menu. Everyone was over the moon, more so the organiser. The reviews and comments the guests were making before and after the event were fantastic. Complimenting the condition of the bar, the professional and entertaining staff, the array of choice in drinks, the list goes on. Because of this event, the reviews and the simplicity of booking we have taking a lot more bookings since.
