Our business is built on brilliant customer service. We will do everything to accommodate your event and help you by quickly delivering a chiller to the exact spot you need it and getting it up and running with no fuss. Our chiller can run on a 240volt 13amp mains electrical socket or a 16amp supply from a generator. We also supply a high-quality 20-metre cable with adaptor for mains electric. To help us meet your expectations please could you provide an exact location and delivery time?
If it's flexible please say. We can be flexible with the timings and won't charge extra for a day here or there!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a chiller, you want reliability with minimal fuss in the delivery. Ask if it can be delivered to the exact location and also if the supplier provides 24/7 call out if there are any failures in the equipment. After all, if the chiller breaks down, your food may spoil.
Some suppliers may not include all the equipment you need in the initial quote, check about a step to get in, keys to lock the chiller, shelving and quality cables. Often VAT is not accounted for in the initial quote too.

We started out where I ran several major events and hired out chillers. All too often they were old and not reliable so I invested in my own chiller and started building our fleet for event hire.
Being an event organiser I know how important reliable chillers are, and how busy the organiser will be. So I have earned a first-class reputation and a loyal customer base by providing superb a service, with a professional, friendly and helpful delivery driver every time.
