What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide you with a quotation we would ideally like to know the dates that you require it for and the area you need it delivered to. We can confirm delivery times once booked, we are flexible and aim to deliver when it suits you.
Would you require refrigeration of freezer hire? Do you have a 13 amp source nearby or do you require a generator? If you are not sure then we can always look at doing a site visit for you.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly if you are not sure just ask. We are more than willing to come out and have a look if you are not sure on suitable areas. If you would like to see what you are getting delivered just ask for some photos or a video of the refrigeration/freezer trailer.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started the refrigeration trailer hire as we enjoy being in and around the hospitality industry. Being at the festivals/events during setup is a great place. We are a family business and it's great to have our children involved. Being a family business customer service and satisfaction is everything. When dealing with other family-run businesses it is more like a community.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have got to meet some lovely people through bookings. One family-run catering company I met at Latitude was lovely and really nice people and looking forward to meeting again soon. On the back of this, I would certainly recommend them if asked for caterers. When booking goes like this it does not feel like you are working it's more like a social event. I will certainly carry on using Add to Event.
