Ask where they are based and exactly what services and back-up is provided. Experience is also key.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Sandy Baird Ltd. was created due to a high demand for refrigerated trailer hire from customers. As our main business is the service and repair of refrigeration units, we decided that we were ideally suited to provide the service and offer a 24/7 back-up to all of our trailers. We have had excellent feedback from our customers and have many regular customers.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I feel Add to Event is a great platform to get us out into the public domain. We had a wedding over in Edinburgh which we supplied a trailer to, which was very easy to cater for. We arrived on site, set up and collected at agreed times with no problems.
