What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide you with an accurate quote we need to know (if its an event) how many people are attending. We have printed guidelines from the SIA to show you exactly how many staff are required to create a safe environment.
We do like to visit an event site beforehand so we know where we can place stewards/SIAs etc so that when we turn up to manage the event we know where we are siting all our staff for maximum safety.
We then give you a quotation and if you agree we will ask you to sign a contract with us, contracting us to supply you & you to settle the payment within an agreed timescale.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you're looking for security for an event or location always ask if all the staff's SIA licenses are current and up to date.
We can guarantee all our staff are screened.

KML Security Ltd was started by Kerry Lawrence, a close protection officer with years of security experience.
We are a family-owned and run business and are building a solid reliable reputation with clients of all sizes.
We travel where the work requires, we recently covered an event in Bristol even though we are South Wales-based. This was to help out a client whose other security company had let him down last minute. We jumped in and managed the event for him.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We started off supplying Pontardulais Rugby Club with SIAs for a birthday party. This has led us to become the rugby clubs sole security provider for all their needs. We have a good working relationship with the rugby club and are confident that it will continue.
We have also had an engagement party through this site that went very well and the client gave us a great review.
