What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to be able to give the best comprehensive quote, we require the event date, location of event, number of guests attending, preference to whats required, type of event and if you'd like us to suggest options available.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to ask about experience and knowledge of what's available, the quality of the products used, do they have insurance and whats their availability and price range.

Working in visual merchandising for over 20 years gave me the passion and skills in the creative industry. After having my children and looking for something different for their birthdays, I created a sleepover to remember! from there Asteria Teepees was born and am now in year 4 of creating memorable sleepovers for many children and more to come.
Asteria Teepees is continuing to grow each year to offer a better service for our clients.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have been an Add to Event user for a year now and had many bookings through this, it's a great way to bid on potential events and interact with clients once a quote has been sent.
It's clear to see exactly what, where and when the client requests for the quote and from there it's up to you to decide to send a quote or not.
I have had great feedback from my bookings and even repeated bookings from clients too, so definitely worth signing up!
