What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to give an accurate quote, we will need date and times of party/event, an estimated number of guests, the age group of guests and what, if any, special requirements are needed. We use this information to give you the best possible quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly I would make sure the supplier has insurance and make sure to ask for their documents. Secondly, it's better to have someone that has a couple of years experience. Thirdly, ask if their equipment has been tested lately.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started 7 years ago when it was my son's birthday and I hired a local business to find that their equipment was in a terrible state and they arrived to the party late! It was my mission to provide a 5* service and we are getting better each and every year. I and my partner work very hard to make it our number one priority to make the party or event a special one.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had many bookings through Add to Event. It's a brilliant platform for business and we even use it for our personal requirements too. We did a party just last week and the mum was very pleased with our service, she left us a 5* review. We always highly recommend Add to Event to others, it's a brilliant business tool for anyone.
