What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need to know the event location followed by the event date. The number of people expecting to use the hot tub. Surface area the hot tub will be going onto.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Allow 10-12 hours for the hot tubs to reach a usable temperature. We recommend having the hot tub delivered the day before so that they are ready to use on the actual day of the party.
Have a nice level surface free from any sharp stones or debris.
The hots tubs are fine to go on either patio slabs, grass or decking (decking will need to be structurally sound)
All our hot tubs are supplied with brand new filters and enough chemicals to use during the hire period

We have not long been with Add to Event but have already successfully secured 4 bookings which is fantastic!
These bookings have not yet been carried out so cannot give feedback as yet
