What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a detailed and representative quote, we require the event date, the start and finish times, the location, type of event, an estimated number of guests and the types of services that you require. We will then be more than happy to get back to you as soon as possible and will be available to answer any further questions that you may have.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider if they have any experience working at that type of event. Do they have any testimonials that they can show you and what qualifications do the staff have? Are they able to do a consultation with you beforehand to discuss all your requirements?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Ace Crystal Clear Events has been in the industry since 2013 providing decor for weddings and events. Due to their professionalism and dedication to providing the best experience, the staff would often be asked to help out as waiting staff and provide support for the wedding planners. From here and due to the amazing feedback regarding our staff we decided to start providing first-class staffing services in the hospitality business.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We are really looking forward to working at the many exciting events this summer that we have had booked through Add to Event. Sadly due to coronavirus and restrictions, all our events have been moved to this year. We have had continuous consultations with the clients and cannot wait to meet them in person soon. We would highly recommend Add to Event for anyone in the hospitality and events industry and also for anyone looking for staffing etc. for their events.
