What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to give an accurate quote, ideally we need the event date, set up and pack down times, the estimated number of guests, and an ideally the location of the venue, if this is unknown then simply whether it's an indoors or outdoors.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would start by telling the contractor what your budget is. If the contractor is like us then it’s likely they will offer a variety of services that cover a range of sized events. This will be from basic speaker setups to highly complex top of the range full systems. This will save both the customer and contractor a lot of time back and forth with the requirements and prices. A good question to ask is “Hi our budget is £1,000 what can we get for our money”

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our family has always been music-oriented. With friends and family in the music industry and sheer love for music festivals, we began our company over 10 years ago with a small sound system offered for hire for small events in pubs and bars. Expanding our business over the years has enabled us to grow into a multi-level organisation offering a wide variety of services to run your own event. We have developed our company over the years into the one-stop shop for music festivals.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We signed up to Add to Event about a year ago! We have found this service brilliant to use for our line of work as finding customers that are requiring our services can usually be a challenge.
