first of all, know what they are looking for, if they have already something idealized or if they are up to some ideas. If they request a certain type of food it will be easier to find it because only traders doing that type of option will apply. And second I think it's important to have an idea of the prices available in the market because there are many people, thinking that food caterers do the same prices than supermarkets.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started up because we felt that nowadays street food is something that people associate with something cheap and without quality. And our goal and business ideology are to provide proper street food and valorize quality over quantity.
