What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need to first understand how many guests they will be expecting at their event. Then we need to establish what sort of structure they are looking for and how they want this to be set up, for example in the past I have had people asking for a structure but haven't made it clear they want sides on the structure.
An idea of style would be helpful. Images of their ideas for their event, for example, linking Pinterest. This would help me to understand what they are looking for and whether or not I can cater to their needs.
When will we have access to the particular site? This could be crucial for the logistics of putting up tents.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Top Canopy Events was started due to the need of some of my colleagues and peers. Slowly but surely some of my peers and co-workers started to organise their own festivals and have large-scale events which allowed me to spot an opportunity. Alongside this, I enjoy meeting new people in a fun lively environment which my tents take me.
