Check the supplier is showing a range of past events showing the quality of service and product.
Additionally for Stretch tents specifically... Ask the supplier if the fabric is 2 or 3 Ply and who the manufacturer is.
Single-layer stretch fabrics are not designed for regular hire use!
Equally as important, is to find someone who you feel you can work with. Are they being responsive and mindful of your requirements!
