What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For an accurate quote, I will first need the date your occasion is on, how many guests you're having, possibly the venue to check distance. Also, any ideas on the styling you already have colours themes etc.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to find someone like-minded and that their style is in keeping with your ideas. Make sure they have insurance and check their other sites ie FB Instagram website and look at reviews and pictures of previous work to see if they fit in with you.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I styled a baby shower for my oldest child and I really got into all the styling and design of it. I found I had a new hobby and passion to make others happy on such a special occasion. Moments to shine was named because I think there should always be moments to shine in life and making memories together is priceless.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I did a baby shower at a beautiful spa in Chesterfield when I arrived in the room it was already beautifully decorated for afternoon tea. I added all my items and lots of blue to make the room ready for a new mum who was carrying a boy. She was so happy and couldn't thank me enough that's job satisfaction to me.
