What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a comprehensive quote to an event organiser we require the date of the event, venue & location, guests numbers, what type of event it is so we can recommend the right services to suit their theme and event such as is it a corporate, birthday or wedding. We need to know if the event is indoor or outdoor if water and power are provided if a BBQ or catering event what type of food they are looking for the event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the service provider what is included in the service, such as what comes with our chocolate fountain hire or freshly baked waffles or ice cream service. The service provider should guide you to what services which will suit your event if you do not have an idea, as well as advise you the quantity of the portions /services you should have for your event so food does not run out at your event, it always important to have ample to give a good impression to your guests.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Chocolicious Factory was an extension to our 30 years of catering services from our Indian restaurant in Wembley, catering for celebrities and large numbers, to delivering excellent quality of food and service to our clientele was the most important factor for the family. Furthermore catering to large Indian weddings, parties and corporate events we developed Chocolicious Factory and wanted to add Elite services, from our stunning fresh fruit displays, ice sculptures, chocolate fountains, fresh Belgian waffles, ice cream and more services we wanted to provide the client with the best services.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

The bookings we have had through Add to Event have been amazing from corporate to wedding and BBQ events and have all been different. We have met some great people and companies whom now use us regularly for their events for our Elite services which we are known for and our experience in the catering industry.
