I would always recommend that a potential customer asks if there is an option to do a tasting session, that way you’re not booking on just the images, menu & reviews.

When I started in the event catering industry it was only supposed to be part-time...11 years later it’s a 24/7 job which I enjoy more now then I did when I first started due to the variety of foods we provide (never 2 weeks the same)
