What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date/time, the number of guests expected, the address of the event, the type of services that they're interested in, along with any other special requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a provider always try to check if it's a reliable provider, previous work, reviews from clients and work experience/ equipment they are using. DBS Checks and PLI should also always be available to be shown from the provider to the customer.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Neraida, the director of Glow And Go was operating for many years as a self employed in the events industry offering face painting/glitter and other services. Over the years she really fell in love with the idea of running her own business in that field. We are now successfully established in the industry working with many other talented self-employed professionals, offering party services and various entertainment around UK.
