What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask about as much relevant information as you can. As about the operational mode and how they will cope with a party of 100 guests in terms of service, speed, efficiency, etc. Pricing and quality are related to your catering equipment and products, more quality after investments imeans more quality for your customers when serving at a wedding, birthday or festival.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Fan Thai Sticks is our little baby born out of love for Thailand especially for Thai street food which is one of the most unique in the world, the abundance of flavours, freshness, and the variety makes it very special. Myself Nok and my partner Mihai have a 20 years background in hospitality working in different parts of the world including Thailand Europe and United Kingdom. Our idea became alive after our last visit to Thailand our second home in 2019 we are cooking using fresh produce only and cooked on the time of the event .
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Wow! We had our first wedding booking through Add To Event and many others after and we are personally quite pleased with the services offered. If we had to pick one it would be the Jubilee Celebration party in Rettendon Essex. We fed more than 300 people and we sold out earlier than we expected. The reviews were absolutely thrilling the planner who booked us was very happy and we kept in touch for future events. We have recommended it to all our catering friends across the UK and we must admit that is probably the only one with a great level of customer service and care, transparent with the fees and very effective and simple to use for our catering business.
