What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To advise a firm quote to a client, we need to know the dates of the event, number of guests, type of event and furniture they would like to include and venue address. From that, we can put together an itemised quote based on their specific requirements.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would always look at google reviews, ask perhaps for recommendations or references, ask to see examples of a similar event to the one you are looking to put together and images. A meeting is a great way to get to know more about the business you are looking to use.
