What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a full quote, we require the pickup location, the destination(s), number of passengers and journey times (outward and return of there is a return). In some cases, where the job requires more than one vehicle, we will also need the number of vehicles requested.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check the Operator is fully legal, request to see their licenses and insurances, you have this right. Some, like us, will invite you to visit the office to view such documents as they are sensitive documents, but any Operator which is fully legal would not have an issue allowing you to view them.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started in this industry as a driver, progressing through management positions until I opened my own business, so, we know what we are talking about, as we've all sat behind the wheel as well as behind the desk.

After nearly 20 years of Operating Coaches, we are proud to say, that to date, we've never had a complaint! Our work is always done with professionalism, and cost-effectiveness in mind. We have provided many coaches for wedding purposes, even as the Wedding Car! There is no transport need we can not fulfil.
