What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote, we would need the following information:
- date of event and location
- brief description of the type of event (private chef, catering for buffet, canapés)
- type of cuisine (we propose ethnic cuisines)
- estimated nb of guests
- duration of the event
- whether we will need to set the buffet or we shall leave the food
- if waiting staff is needed
- if drinks are required
Based on the above information, we would be able to provide a suitable proposal.

You should ask the provider for the following information:
- What types of cuisines do you cater for?
- What types of events do you cater for (weddings, parties, corporate events...)?

We are a social enterprise that has 2 missions:
- inspire people to eat less meat and fish by proposing creative and modern ethnic cuisines
- train and employ disadvantaged women from North West London
We create sustainable food experiences so guests can travel with their taste buds. As we are a boutique catering company and being customer-centred, we customise our proposals according to clients preferences and budget so our events can always be special.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have been very happy with Add to Event as we got our first catering events (after 18 months of no operation) through the platform. Our first was last Saturday for a private party with 40 guests and the next one is this Saturday with a party of 50 guests.
We are very happy as we see more clients looking for creative and plant-based or vegetarian cuisines.
I am very happy to promote Add to Event as a platform that works for caterers in London.
