What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The date we are needed, number of guests, location, time of how long they want us to be their for. Type of event it is to decorate the trailer accordingly.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for samples, ask for any qualifications or certificates. Ask for a full menu of what they offer. see if there are reviews online.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
My husband became redundant following Covid, we had both always wanted to work with food so we used lockdown to renovate the trailer ourselves and then since restrictions have lifted tried to make a go of our business.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We are new to Add to Event and so still looking forward to our first booking and hoping this platform will enable us to grow our business in the near future.
