What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
It is always good to know where and when the event is taking place. The more information you can provide, the better- is it indoors or outdoors, how many guests will attend, is it an adults party or children's, what are you celebrating, etc...
Also, if you have any pictures of what you are after, it's always good to have a reference, that way we will be able to give an accurate quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask questions and always do your research. Check the business's website and social media, it's always good to have an idea of what the business has to offer.
And again... ask questions! Ask if the prices include everything and if there are any additional costs, ask if there are any ideas the business would like to contribute with.

I used to have a 9 to 5 job, looking at computer screens all day. Then I decided that I needed something else, something more fulfilling.
And what's more fulfilling than helping customers plan their weddings, their baby showers and everything in between, and be part of their happy celebrations.
