Ann Events Hire are a family run business with a team of 12 people based in London. Taking one booking at a time to provide full attention to each and every client. They offer a wide range of products and services such as bespoke centrepieces, wedding decor, a marquee with in-house decor, pre-events (Asian decor), head table, lady sangeet set up, photo booth, magic mirror and candy cart.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would need to know the date of the event, the location. Also an Itinerary for the day, so we can recommend the best time to have the equipment such as a photo-booth.

If it is a marquee they request, we need to do a site visit, know the location and understand what type of event will this be. Also to check what kind of surface will the magic mirror be based one.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider what events or services you have provided in the past, look at all their reviews from different platforms. What type of event do you be hosting. What will you require from your event? What would be the main age range of guests? Their experience, and photos of what they have done previously.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Ann Events Hire started from just a photo-booth, started by myself Atul and my girlfriend and now my wife Neelam. Started back in 2015. I have a passion for customer service and my wife has a passion for design and decor. So we had a strong background to give the best customer service and design their template or wedding decor to their specific needs. This is how we started Ann Events Hire.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a few bookings from Add To Event. the bookings went smoothly. As soon as the booking came for the marquee we do what we do best and do a site visit and supply the decor and size of the marquee to the customer's needs.
