What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Ideally, we require the following information to successfully offer an accurate quotation: date of the event/venue & location/products of service required.
It would also be helpful to know the times of engagement or the duration of the event.
An idea of accessibility, setup & collection times and any other considerations all help us offer an accurate and prompt reply.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend asking your supplier about the products they offer, do they predominantly own the stock or do they sub their items in (in a more event management capacity)
Is it available to view or can it be demonstrated if required?
Do they offer valid Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Portable Appliance Test (PAT) certificates?

This love affair with event excellence started with music. From our early days of Club & Bar DJs, birthday parties and equipment hire, we have now extended our range of services to cater for weddings, conferences, corporate events and parties.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We were lucky enough to get a booking through Add to Event from an event organiser on our doorstep, desperate for a last minute Wedding DJ only a few miles from our base.
We supplied our classy starlit wedding disco package with only 2 days notice, entertained over 150 evening guests.. and gained us our very first review!
