What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to be able to provide a comprehensive and easy to digest quote for our customers, we like to know the budget they are working with, how many guests there will be and where their event will be held. Using this, we can put together fairly priced packages to suit their special day!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions! No question is a stupid one. We would rather know that our customers have queries than have them worrying unnecessarily!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We got engaged in October 2018 and quickly realised that wedding planning is;
A) stressful
B) expensive
C) frustrating when trying to find local suppliers
So, off the back of that, we decided that we would want to do everything possible to relieve these stresses from event organisers/family members and we literally make it our business to ensure they are happy with the products, the service and the price.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have been amazed at the huge number of requests that have been sent through and the varying wants of event organisers!
The first booking we made through Add to Event was one of our favourites - ridiculously expensive quotes had put the organiser off having any services, but luckily our reasonable packages managed to sway her back to what we can offer!
We have recommended Add to Event to some other local suppliers and hopefully, we can collaborate with some others on here!
