For our team, as professionals, it is very important to have from the beginning, the "key" of the event. This means we will need to know a few details from our customers in regards to their host, such as the date of event, location, time of start and finishing of event, the theme or colours and also if the decoration will be indoors or outdoors.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read reviews and comments from previous clients and discuss lots of details with the provider to make sure you both understand what the needs are.
