What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote we would need the date, location or at least the city/town and an approximate amount of people. The more information the better, so we can send a quote straight back across to you.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to speak to the supplier over the phone, check out the website and also look for reviews. The company should also have insurance and conduct themselves professionally. Cheaper is not always better, and most suppliers can be flexible so do not be afraid to ask.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started Vivacious Events as we love being part of peoples events and weddings. We are highly organised and have a creative flair that we love to utilise. Vivacious Events offers lots of services and can be bespoke to you. We also want to take away the stress of planning events and just let our clients enjoy their day.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have met some lovely couples through Add to Event and we have a great team of staff. We love getting great reviews and being part of the day. Weddings can be at least 12 hours, and we love catering for them.
We always recommend Add to Event to our supplier friends. The credits are good value for money and we have already started booking in events for 2018 through them.
