For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we need a brief explanation of the event/occasion. We have a very strong team and can adapt to any event here or abroad, privately or commercially.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be when hiring staff, check the provider's webpage. Look for testimonials, speak to the provider, check for skill levels and most importantly - do they speak clear English? Also ensure that all insurance documents are in place including Right to Work documentation.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Front-Line Hospitality Management (FHM) started 5 years ago from a passion for food and delivering a world class hospitality experience. From just me by myself, we have grown the team into a 15 strong cadre of hospitality, kitchen and bar staff with nearly 100 casual staff who are all either trained to a butler level, fine dining level, kitchen porter speciality or high level bar staff. With our ethos, any event large or small will always be world class.
