A & J Buffets and Bars is a Cardiff based company that specialises in providing bespoke buffets, BBQ and chef hire and mobile bars. We maintain the highest standards in everything we do. We hold qualifications from the British Institute of Innkeeping and all of our staff hold at least a Level 2 Award in Food Safety. On top off all that our brand new commercial kitchen holds the highest food standards award - a level 5 - awarded by Cardiff Council.

We are all about the client. That is why everything we do is completely bespoke. We work with our clients to plan exactly what food or drinks they would like and then that's what we supply. Our clients can be assured that we will be on hand throughout the whole process to answer any questions or deal with any problems. We keep our clients informed of how their event is progressing every step of the way. Because our clients are so important to us, we like to establish a personal relationship with them. That's why as soon as we take a booking, we arrange a date and time that is convenient for the client to have an informal meeting. That way the clients gets to meet us and we get to meet the client because who would want a complete stranger providing a bar or catering for their special event?
