About A Market Affair
I offer private chef services for individuals and families worldwide. Most clients are based in London, but some require me to fly and work for them abroad. It ranges from cooking for a special event, meal planning and cooking to match a diet, to cooking for a family while on holiday.
I also cater small events in private homes or venues. Typically for 50 guests or less. I collaborate with an event bar company, called Symposium Events to provide bespoke cocktails and bar services. I build the team for the event, coordinate hire equipment, floral arrangements, and such. Whatever the clients desire!
I also offer cooking classes for individuals and groups in their homes. Some clients like to invite friends over and make an event out of it. The classes are tailored to the client's skills and desired knowledge. Popular classes are making sushi, dumplings, cooking healthy and vegan or vegetarian cooking.
Overall my style of food is very seasonal and market inspired. I like to hand select my ingredients from the best local markets and producers. I have experience working in Japanese restaurants, such as Nobu, so I enjoy using a lot of Asian flavours. Clients often say my food tastes fresh and delicious and they feel good after eating it. That is what makes me happy!
