Hi, we are Carrie & Darren, founders of Adams & Rose, a family-run business based in the North West.
A beautifully converted Beaufort Treble horsebox bar & rustic cocktail bars specialising in amazing gin, rum & Prosecco concoctions & delicious cocktails and shots.
We also stock wines, lager, spritzers, vodka, bourbon, sangria and cider. We recognize the importance of great customer service and fantastic products. As of 2024 we have provided our services to over 200 weddings, parties, corporate events and festivals.
About us: Two professionals in our late 40's, we have been successful in marketing and HR management and fancied a change in our career paths.
We are available for all celebrations - weddings, birthdays, hen parties, gin & rum tastings, festivals & corporate events within North West, Yorkshire, Cheshire, and Merseyside.
From a small gathering to a large festival we have the flexibility to adapt. We can provide a vintage caravan serving draught beer also for larger weddings and events with guests over 250.
Typical Clients
Weddings, corporate, festivals, hen parties, celebrations & parties. We have provided amazing experiences for parties of 50 guests through to weddings for 250 and festivals with attendances of 10,000.

Fantastic service
Darren organised his event TEN successfully at very short notice. His trailer looked gorgeous and his drinks range and prices were very much appreciated. He doesn't normally do events like ours as they can be a bit hit and miss with numbers, but he has asked to reurn, so we must be doing something right.

Adams and Rose Purveyors of Gin and Rum came along to our first ever charity festival Jungle Groove and we couldn't be happier - they were such a positive addition to our day. From the get-go these guys had excellent communication and were amazingly helpful. This stretched way beyond their gin cart services. They contributed largely to the organisation of our entire festival and we couldn't thank them enough. On the day - Darren and Carrie's service was fun, professional, efficient and delicious! Their jungle-inspired cocktails were unique and a definite talking point for our festival-goers. Thanks so much to everyone at Adams and Rose - we can't wait to have you back next year!
