Another one bites the Dutch is our newly founded family business which specialises in mini Dutch pancakes which are traditional Dutch dessert also known as Poffertjes. Our Poffertjes are slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy within giving them a delightful texture.

Their tiny statue makes them an ideal choice for a light snack or sweet finale to a meal. We combine traditional preparations with locally sourced ingredients and freshly cook them on our specially designed copper plate, dotted with small depressions which gives them their signature spherical shape.

Typically served warm in the Netherlands with a heavy sprinkle of iced sugar and a knob of butter. They’re versatile too - top them off with your favourite sweet toppings, fresh strawberries, bananas, Kit Kat, nuts, meringue or amaretti crumb to name a few drizzled with wide selection of fruity, chocolate and biscotti sauces and cream for added delight.

Suitable for vegetarians and gluten free options. Perfect street food, festivals or special events. Loved by adults and children.

We also make a variety of delicious milkshakes which are the perfect companion. Our milkshakes are topped with cream, sauce and toppings. These can be made vegan on request with a selection of soya, almond or oak milk. We also provide a dairy free Vanilla option.
