I am an accomplished certificated Head Chef; accustomed to delivering world-class levels of service to private clients and major companies.

With many years of experience in all aspects of the catering and hospitality business working in resorts, hotels, passenger liners, private yachts and as a personnel chef to high profile clients. I have travelled the world trouble-shooting restaurants front of house and also as the Head Chef and I am ready to take on your challenge.

I have recently returned to the UK to settle after working overseas for many years.
