We specialise in catering for dinner parties and delivering cooking demonstrations in the comfort of your own home. Delicious and comforting with a fine dining twist. Made from fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients and can be tailored to various dietary requirements.
Our head chef, Luis Da Silva, has been in the business for over 15 years. Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, he traveled across Europe collecting recipes and ideas. Luis finally settled in the UK, residing in Harrogate, and is aiming to bring his expertise and flair to make your next dinner party an affair to remember.

A great way to celebrate a ninetieth birthday!
A great three course meal cooked and served by Luis. Everything ran smoothly from initial contact, choosing the menu to arriving at our remote holiday cottage. The meal was well presented and enjoyed by everyone from the youngest at three to the oldest at ninety three. Looking for an excuse to book again!
Good for a party
We had Aqua Silva catering for a hen do for 11 people at the weekend. Communication between Luis was really good and everything was well organized. The beef and cod for main were really good but the starter of Mushroom risotto was a bit of a letdown lacking flavor. We had one of the group who was dairy and gluten free, so Ben did well to cater for her, but the dessert we all had was Gf and dairy free where as we expected the rest of the desserts to be a regular panacotta.
Amazing Food, Amazing Service
A big thank you to Aqua Silva Catering for providing incredible food for an intimate dinner party on the evening of our wedding. We chose a varying 3 course meal and our 2 vegan guests were also delighted with their choices. We decided to go Vegan for our Canapés and Wedding Cake and all were delicious. We were so pleased with the presentation of the meal and the exemplary service of staff who served our drinks all evening and left the kitchen in an immaculate condition. Thanks again Luis for making our special day even more special. Ann & Derek x
Great food and overall experience
We had chef Wayne and had a great evening of lovely food. He arrived on time, delivered our menu to perfection and even took some pictures for us! Highly recommend!
Amazing food!
Wow, what an amazing food extravaganza we had on Saturday night. Luis cooked us a 12 course taster menu, but it seemed to me like every plate was a main course! So much delicious food, we couldn't make it to the end and had to eat our desert the next day! Luis is a lovely guy, and took time to speak to us during his busy night! Would definitely recommend him, and use him again if the opportunity arose. Thank you Luis, you made my partners 60th birthday very special, and one we will all remember.
