About Axiom Pictures

I take beautiful photos. Photos of you, as in a portrait. I make family photos, of you and your family. I make wedding photos, that’s you, your partner and the myriad of people whom you invite to the ceremony. There is a story to be made here. The story of the day as it progresses. From the preparation in the early part of the day. Getting to the venue. Meeting all the people, I love this bit, everyone is dressed up and looking their very best, it makes a beautiful chapter. Then there is the ceremony, very beautiful and deeply emotional, perhaps the most important chapter of the story. Right after the ceremony, there is a chance to make some powerful and romantic images of the newlyweds. Our imagination can be set free for this part of the story. There are also a great many family images to be made at this time, a backstory to the main event.

The next chapter is the wedding breakfast and the occasional speech. Often a shorter chapter of the whole story. The last chapter is the first dance and the evening event. Another chance to photograph family and friends. Sometimes a different selection of people attend this magical part of the day.
An addendum to this story, sometimes happens the following day, a chance to talk to people who are still around from the day before. A chance to get more relaxed and candid photos. All together, one of the best stories of our lives!
