Bacaro Prosecco

Our on-tap bubbles come by the barrel and are supplied by a lovely wine company called Prosecco 1754. We did some very demanding and extensive research to find the finest sparkling wines around and we happily landed on Frizzante 1754 from the barrel and prosecco 1754 from the bottle, a light and dangerously moreish tipple.

Frizzante 1754 is the kegged version of the exquisite, elegant and beautifully crafted product made from 100% Glera grape from the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Its characteristics of delicate fizz create a clean and crisp bouquet.

It makes a brilliant base ingredient for fantastic cocktails like the Bellini, the Aperol Spritz and the Kir Royal.

The unique layout of the bar means that guests can either be served by a member of our staff or pour themselves a glass straight from the tap, which is always more fun. The van also carries bottles of Frizzenti Prosecco, which can be used to top up speedy drinkers.
