Our bakery is situated in the heart of the North Laines in Brighton where we steam and bake our bagels in small batches seven days’ a week. Made from only the finest ingredients – flour, yeast, water, salt and one or two other secret things that give our bagels their unique taste (but no nasties) - they are also 100% fat-free. You can have them plain or topped with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, multi-seeds, onion or jalapeno.

From our outside catering kitchen located above our bakery, our dedicated chefs and delivery kitchen team produce a steady stream of buffet boxes delivered daily anywhere in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area in liveried vans.

Our now famous menu of filled bagels includes favourites such as the Reuben and the Lox Deluxe. You can order either a large box of 12 bagels or a small box of 6 bagels and you can select hot brunch bagels, classics, gluten-free or vegan. In addition, you can order crudites, fresh fruit, cakes, pastries, crisps, and drinks. Everything you need for a fresh, tasty and nutritious lunch - and with minimal packaging - all our buffet boxes are made from eco-friendly compostable materials.
