Bagels and Beets

We are Bagels and Beets, a street food business selling delicious meat, vegetarian and vegan filled bagels and fresh fruit and veg smoothies. We have also been known to make a cheeky little treat slice or two when our clients have requested some! We currently trade in artisan markets around Manchester and have done some events including wedding receptions and carnivals.

Our chef is fully qualified with over 12 years experience and uses the best fresh ingredients from around Manchester. We source our bagels from an award winning bakery in Prestwich and our salmon is sourced from an award winning family run smoke house in Manchester. Our chef loves to try out new bagel fillings and smoothie combinations and takes his inspiration from the top restaurants he has worked in around Manchester and the UK. We make everything we can from scratch and our bagels are made fresh to order.

From hot salt cured beef brisket with salami, emmental cheese, pickles and mustard mayo for the meat lovers to Moroccan spiced roasted cauliflower and hummus for the vegan and health conscious client, we have a bagel to suit everyone! So if it's for a corporate event, evening shindig or something a bit out of the ordinary, Bagels and Beets can meet your culinary desires!
