Malawach are originally from Yemen, pastry-style pancakes that have now been transformed into the most delicious street food. We recommend the classic Sabich wrap, which includes chopped dill, cucumber and tomato salad, fried aubergine, hard-boiled eggs, hummus, tahini, and pickled cucumber. We also provide a create-your-own salad bar where you can choose from fillings that could include baba ghanoush, spicy tomato matbucha, fried onions, olives, red onion and feta and yoghurt spread. Or go sweet with cheesecake filling or chocolate spread with fresh strawberries, blueberries, sweet tahini or crumbled halva.

Alternatively, we can work with you to design fillings to suit the choices of your clients or guests. Our Malawch is vegan, and our fillings are vegetarian; we can also provide Middle-Eastern meat-free options such as vegetarian shwarma; however, for those who wish, we can also be strictly vegan.
