BaldiesBites was founded with one simple aim, to bring joy to as many people as possible through eating pur food. We serve a combination of authentic Mexican street food and Tex-Mex classics.

BaldiesBites can cater to any event. Weddings, private parties, corporate events and any other event you may need catering. We specialise in authentic soft shell tacos, loaded nachos with lashing of nacho cheese and burrito rice bowls. Our menu has something for everyone. The entire menu is gluten-free and can be fully customisable depending on your needs. In 2024 we were contacted to ask if we could cater a fully vegan wedding, we of course said we could and it ended up being one of our most successful events of the year!
