Bao Now

We are a family run business with one of our partners living and owning successful catering business in Hong Kong. This Asian influence has allowed us to bring a mix of our Asian culinary experience, to mix with our UK heritage. We frequent many food festivals large and small.

We specialise in Taiwanese Bao Buns, a very soft white steamed bun. our fillings range from slow cooked Char Siu belly pork, Asian infused BBQ pulled pork, Hoisin Shredded Duck, sriracha beer battered halloumi and BBQ Jack Fruit (VV). All of this is served with our twisted Asian slaw, which includes finely cut red cabbage, spring onions, raddish, blanched carrot, coriander, peanuts and our secret dressing which perfectly balances salty undertones with sweet notes. This unique mix gives a perfectly balanced and unique taste which has not been tasted by many and will blow away anyone who tries them.
