An ex 4* pastry chef and development chef with launches in Waitrose, M&S and Fortnum & Mason brings the UK's favourite ingredient - chocolate, to street food.

Wild Canadian blueberry and Belgian double chocolate muffins are the staple flavours. These are baked along side croissants, pain au chocolat, vanilla crowns, cinnamon swirls and apple crowns - the aromas coming out the oven regularly test the patience of saints.

Belgian chocolate brownies finished with white chocolate, popping candy and honey comb. illy coffee, Yorkshire & fruit teas and belistore's hot chocolate round up the offering.
