Really fantastic service - 6 starts
The price, communication and overall service was exceptional. We booked a 16 seater for teenagers transport to and from a festival. We communicated on a number of occasions leading up to the date and I always got a speedy response. Richard took the best care and made the journey fun for them. He gave them a bluetooth speaker to use on the bus and stopped at services on the way home to let them all get food, adding an extra hour to his planned trip. I can't recommend Bibby enough.
First Class, Outstanding Service
It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Bibby Minicoach hire and I can highly recommend the friendly, efficient and punctual service that we received for a family wedding weekend in August which involved multiple trips. The guests had nothing but praise for their luxury travel, door to door with no stress about car hire or directions or diversions provided by Craig who really did a great job looking after them. From an initial enquiry about availability and cost with Bibby mini coach hire to the last drop off, I had confidence in everything going as planned, my sincere thanks to Richard and Craig for their part in making our daughter’s wedding so memorable.
