I use an Italian built Fontana wood fired oven using kiln dried wood. A real point of difference on any event. The majority of my ingredients are imported from Italy. It's as close to Naples as you can get.
My pizza dough is made using the finest flour called Caputo. This gives a unique quality and flavour you only get by using this type of flour. Cooked in a Italian built Fontana oven, cooks at around 700f for about 2 and a half minutes leaving you with an authentic Italian taste. I also take as much pride in my service as I do the quality of my pizza.

Brilliant!
Jay was excellent, we arranged everything in advance including menu options and catering for colleagues with special dietary requirements. He arrived early and was set-up and ready to go for the time agreed. The pizza was excellent, the van looks great, and the team really enjoyed it. Many thanks Jay and Nephew :-)
Superb Service
I highly recommend Biddulph's Pizzeria for any occasion. They supported a cooperate event for me and were very flexible and accommodating. They provided a friendly service, with an excellent quality of food and managed to serve a high volume of people very quickly, catering for all different dietary requirements. I look forward to working with Biddulph's again.

When you book catering for an event, it's always a bit of a gamble. This was fantastic. They were flexible and helpful. Really good communication. And of course the food was the most important bit. We went for the rolling buffet. Four different toppings plus garlic bread. It was excellent. I had so many people tell me how fantastic it was. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was delighted with the service Jay provided. Right from the first contact to the end of the event, Jay and his staff were excellent. On the day we were presented with some extremely challenging weather conditions, but Jay managed to get the Pizzas made and served as promised. The pizza was amazing and everybody at the event was very happy and complimentary. Thank you Jay for helping to make my night a memorable one. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again!

Great pizza and friendly, efficient service. A few guests commented this was the best pizza they had ever had! Would definitely recommend and have again for future events. A great way to start our wedding weekend
